CCL Industries Completes Acquisition of ALT Technologies

Toronto-based CCL Industries Inc. announced the successful acquisition of Advanced Safety Technologies B.V., known as ALT Technologies, effective May 1, 2026. ALT specializes in producing covers, wraps, and seals for automotive airbags, alongside durable labels for automotive and industrial markets. This acquisition will integrate ALT into the CCL Segment as CCL Design. Although financial details remain undisclosed, this move aligns with CCL Industries' strategy to enhance its specialty label and packaging solutions.
