CCL Industries Inc. released its 2025 third-quarter financial results, revealing a 6.3% increase in sales, reaching $1,965.9 million. The growth was driven by 3.7% organic growth, minor acquisition contributions, and positive currency effects. Furthermore, the company's operating income rose by 11.4% to $321.8 million, reflecting strong performance and tight operational controls.
Net earnings increased to $210.8 million, up from $191.7 million in the same quarter the previous year. Basic earnings per Class B share jumped to $1.21, marking a 12.0% increase. Additionally, the company returned a substantial $155.8 million to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks.
