Cembra Money Bank AG has expanded its app to include personal loans, aligning with its digital strategy. This move ensures customers have secure and convenient access to crucial information anywhere, anytime. The Cembra app, already providing services for credit cards and leasing, now also supports personal loan customers, allowing for easy management of contracts, invoices, and payments.

Cembra's ongoing digitalisation efforts focus on transforming the app into a multi-product tool with comprehensive services and high security standards. Customers can now view product and contract details, track payment status, and access e-banking information. The app also enables them to update contact information and explore supplementary insurance offers.

Peter Schnellmann from Cembra emphasised the app's goal of enhancing customer experience by providing user-friendly, secure, and needs-based solutions seamlessly integrated into daily life.
