CENIT AG Announces New Leadership with Dr. Johannes Fues as CFO and CTrO
CENIT AG has appointed Dr. Johannes Fues as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Transformation Officer (CTrO), effective July 1, 2025. Dr. Fues will lead the company's financial management and oversee strategic growth and transformation efforts. This marks a significant leadership change for the internationally operating IT and software consultancy firm.
Dr. Fues brings extensive experience from his previous role at Kontron AG, where he led the GreenTec Division. His successful tenure as CFO of KATEK SE is highlighted by a buy-and-build strategy, significantly transforming the company and securing its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2021.
The outgoing CFO, Axel Otto, will depart on June 30, 2025, seeking new professional challenges. The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for his contributions. Peter Schneck, CEO, is optimistic about working with Dr. Fues towards achieving the CENIT 2030 strategic goals.
