CENIT AG's Q1 Performance: Revenue Stable, EBITDA Surges

In Q1 2026, CENIT AG reported steady revenue of €52.47 million, up from last year's €51.51 million. However, the spotlight is on the substantial improvement in EBITDA, which reached €5.03 million, contrasting with last year's loss of €2.44 million. The increase is largely due to effective cost-saving measures from prior periods.

Proprietary software sales saw a modest increase of 4.7%, contributing to the overall stable revenue. The gross profit also grew slightly to €31.40 million, improving the gross margin. A significant reduction in personnel expenses, following restructuring, aided the EBITDA growth.

Further, contract liabilities rose sharply since year-end, boosting cash flow to €13.76 million. CENIT's management anticipates meeting its annual revenue and EBITDA targets, with expectations set for €210 million and €18 million, respectively, in 2026.
