Centrotherm Reports Stable 2026 First-Half in Tough Market

centrotherm International AG reported first-half 2026 revenue of EUR 78.9 million, a decline from EUR 106.4 million in the same period last year. This reduction is seen across both its semiconductor and photovoltaic segments. The semiconductor sector contributed EUR 67.7 million, while photovoltaics generated EUR 10.4 million. Notably, Asia remained a strong geographic market, accounting for EUR 46.7 million, despite a decrease from EUR 76.3 million the year before.

The company's total operating performance dropped to EUR 61.7 million from the previous year's EUR 96.3 million. EBITDA also saw a decrease to EUR 4.8 million. Challenges in the order situation led the Executive Board to revise fiscal forecasts, anticipating overall revenue between EUR 90 million and EUR 170 million.

The updated August forecast increased the order intake expectation to a range of EUR 110 million to EUR 160 million. Despite the tough market, the Executive Board remains optimistic about achieving its 2026 goals.
