Change in Corporate Secretary at Gemdale Gold Inc.

Gemdale Gold Inc., listed on TSXV as GEMG and on OTCQB as GDGIF, announced on April 10, 2026, the appointment of Andrew Newbury as the new Corporate Secretary. Newbury replaces Dr. Toby Strauss, who continues as President & CEO. With over 15 years in corporate governance, Newbury brings extensive experience from his role at DSA Corporate Services.
