Change in Evolva Holding SA's Shareholder Structure

On December 30, 2024, Evolva Holding SA, based in Reinach, Switzerland, announced a significant change in its shareholder structure. Nice & Green SA, previously the largest shareholder with a 19.344% stake, has sold all its shares to an unnamed third party. The identity of the new investor remains undisclosed to Evolva as of the announcement date.

In compliance with shareholding disclosure regulations, the new shareholder must notify Evolva and the SIX Exchange Regulation's Disclosure Office within four trading days. Once informed, Evolva is obliged to make the information public within two trading days on the electronic platform of the Disclosure Office.
