Change in Governance at FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE
On November 28, 2025, the Board of Directors of FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE formalized a significant transition within its management. During this meeting, the resignation of Mr. Bertrand COTE from his positions as Chairman, CEO, and Director was accepted. He held these positions prior to the announcement.
To succeed Mr. COTE, Mr. Guirec PENHOAT has been appointed, effective the same date. This decision was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. PENHOAT was Chief Financial Officer at FIDUCIAL. His experience in finance should be a valuable asset to the company.
