Change in the Supervisory Board of All for One Group SE
On October 16, 2026, All for One Group SE announced a reorganization of its Supervisory Board following a change of ownership to VINCI Energies. The board is now reconstituted with new members after the resignations of Josef Blazicek, Paul Neumann, Karl Astecker, and Dr. Rudolf Knünz. The departing members were thanked for their years of dedicated service, which saw the company grow significantly.
Burim Mirakaj has been appointed as the new Chairperson. He brings substantial expertise in finance and leadership at VINCI Energies DACH & CEE ICT. Joining him are Luc Penninckx, Klaudius Heda, and Gerd Renner, who bring deep experience in finance, corporate law, and supervisory roles, respectively. Together, they aim to guide the company's strategic direction within the VINCI Energies framework.
