Changes in Klépierre's Supervisory Board
On April 3, 2026, Klépierre’s Supervisory Board convened to honor the late David Simon, its long-standing Chairman, and revised its leadership structure following his passing on March 22. The board appointed Stanley Shashoua as the new Chairman, continuing his term in the Supervisory Board. Emmanuel Cronier was also co-opted as a non-independent member for a one-year term.
Currently, the board consists of nine members, maintaining a composition of six independent members and three from Simon Property Group. This configuration aligns with the previous board meeting in February 2026.
Shashoua, who joined Klépierre's Supervisory Board in 2015, has a strong tenure with Simon Property Group in key roles, including President of International Real Estate. Emmanuel Cronier, also from Simon Property, has extensive experience in the sector, having held senior roles across multiple organizations.
