Changes to the Board of Directors at Octopus Biosafety
On January 2, 2025, Octopus Biosafety announced changes to its Board of Directors. Following the investment by The Autonomous Way Holding Inc., the Combined General Meeting accepted the resignations of Mr. Antoine Ullens, Mr. Frédéric and Mr. Lancelot Ullens from their positions as directors.
The new directors include Gérard Ménéroud, an engineer with a strong background in insurance and robotics, Guillaume Arnoud, an expert in international industrial development, and Bertrand Ménéroud, a specialist in electronics and robotics. Bertrand Vergne, Chairman of the Board, expressed his satisfaction with these new appointments to support the company's expansion.
Octopus Biosafety is listed on Euronext Access Paris under the code MLOCT.
