Changes within the Aperam Board of Directors

On December 16, 2025, Aperam announced changes to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Timoteo Di Maulo, who will step down as Chief Executive Officer on December 31, 2025, will be co-opted as a director. This appointment will be submitted to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Concurrently, Mr. Sandeep Jalan submitted his resignation from the Board for personal reasons, also effective December 31, 2025.

Mr. Lakshmi N. Mittal, Chairman of the Board, expressed his satisfaction with the arrival of Mr. Di Maulo, highlighting his extensive knowledge of the sector. He also thanked Mr. Jalan for his commitment to the company.
