Changes within the Board of Directors of emeises

At the Annual General Meeting on June 23, 2026, Olivier Dussopt was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the emeis group. Laurent Guillot, whose term as a director was renewed, remains Chief Executive Officer. Furthermore, the mandates of Caisse des Dépôts, MACSF Épargne Retraite, and Frédérique Mozziconacci were confirmed.
