Chargeurs Announces Dividend Reinvestment Results

In its latest announcement, Compagnie Chargeurs Invest revealed that 7.98% of shareholders opted for the payment of dividends in shares for the financial year 2024. This decision will result in the issuance of 24,176 new shares on July 15, 2025, which will come with immediate dividend rights.

The total cash dividend to be distributed is €3,081,813.69. At the company’s General Meeting on April 9, 2025, shareholders approved a €0.13 per-share dividend. A 10% discount was applied to the new shares' issue price, set at €10.34.

The reinvestment option period extended from June 25 to July 9, 2025. Post-transaction, the company's capital will rise to €298,637,880.00, distributed over 24,886,490 fully paid ordinary shares.
