Chargeurs Announces Proxy Document Availability for April 2025 Meeting
Chargeurs has announced the availability of proxy documents for its upcoming Combined General Meeting scheduled for April 9, 2025. The meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. CET at l’Apostrophe, 83 Avenue Marceau, Paris. The notice of meeting and detailed proxy documents, including the agenda and resolutions, were published in the Bulletin d’Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on March 3 and March 19, 2025.
These documents are accessible on Chargeurs' website under the "Investors" section. Shareholders can find instructions on how to participate and vote in the meeting.
