Chargeurs Reports Share and Voting Rights Update for December 2025
On January 12, 2026, Chargeurs disclosed its monthly statement of outstanding shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. According to the report, the total number of shares stood at 24,886,490. The gross total of voting rights amounted to 31,671,570, while the net total of voting rights was 30,905,303.
The difference between gross and net voting rights is attributable to shares without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF's General Regulation. Chargeurs is structured as a French Société Anonyme, with a capital of 298,637,880 euros, and its registered office is located at 7 rue Kepler, 75116 Paris, France.
