Cherry SE Delays 2025 Half-Year Report Publication
Cherry SE has announced it will postpone the release of its 2025 half-year report. Originally set for 14 August, the publication will now be on 26 September 2025. The delay is due to pending clarification regarding down payments linked to the divestment of its hygiene business. This involves finalizing the closing accounts connected with the sale of the Active Key hygiene peripheral devices business, impacting the settlement of down payments received earlier this year.
The rescheduling also facilitates the early participation of Jurjen Jongma, who will take over as Chief Financial Officer on 1 September 2025. In the meantime, Cherry SE has provided preliminary figures for Q2 and H1 of 2025, accessible through their website.
