Palladium Global Science Award 2026 Invites Submissions for Innovative Applications

The Palladium Global Science Award is accepting submissions for its second edition, targeting new applications of palladium in various fields. Held from March 2 to July 31, 2026, the competition boasts a prize fund of $350,000. This initiative, started in 2025, seeks to recognize advancements utilizing the unique properties of palladium in sectors like energy and high-tech industries.

The award categories include Best Scientific Development, Best Scientific Article, and Best Applied Concept, with winners selected by experts worldwide. The China Precious Metals Industry Committee supports the initiative, emphasizing palladium's role in transformative technologies.

In its inaugural year, the award saw 100 entries from 30 countries. Organizers anticipate greater participation in 2026. Eligible participants include scientists, researchers, and startups globally.
