Christian Dior annonce des changements au sein de son conseil d'administration
Paris, le 7 octobre 2026 – Christian Dior annonce la nomination immédiate de Tony Estanguet et Xavier Musca comme administrateurs indépendants. Ils remplacent Nicolas Bazire et Maria Luisa Loro Piana, qui ont démissionné.
Tony Estanguet, athlète et dirigeant sportif français de renom, est désormais membre du Comité d'audit de la performance. Xavier Musca, économiste et dirigeant d'entreprise expérimenté, a été nommé au Comité d'audit de la performance et au Comité de gouvernance et de rémunération.
Cette restructuration s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet de simplification de la famille Arnault, annoncé le 23 septembre 2026. Ce projet pourrait aboutir à une offre publique d'achat obligatoire sur les actions Christian Dior, sans mise en œuvre d'une procédure de retrait obligatoire.
