Christian Dior se transforme en société anonyme.

Le 2 novembre 2026, Christian Dior a tenu son Assemblée Générale Mixte à Paris. Cette assemblée faisait suite à l'annonce, le 23 septembre 2026, d'une initiative de simplification du groupe familial Arnault. Les actionnaires ont approuvé la transformation du statut juridique de Christian Dior, qui passe de société européenne à société anonyme. Cette décision a été adoptée à l'unanimité lors de toutes les résolutions concernées.
