CIBOX: Capital increase of 5.1 million euros
CIBOX is launching a €5.1 million capital increase to strengthen its equity and finance its operations in Revin. This fundraising will be carried out through the elimination of preferential subscription rights, targeting named individuals, as well as a public offering via PrimaryBid for individual investors, limited to €1.2 million.
The new shares will be offered at €0.0116, representing a 25% discount over the last 10 trading sessions. The subscription period, which opened today, will close this evening for PrimaryBid and tomorrow for the reserved portion of the increase. CIBOX hopes to consolidate its electric micromobility business with the support of its industrial partners.
