On March 31, 2026, CIBOX published information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF regulations. As of February 28, 2026, CIBOX had 831,082,122 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounted to 865,859,715, while the net total was 858,617,513. This latter figure is calculated by deducting shares without voting rights from the gross total.
