Cibox has announced the total number of shares and voting rights within its share capital as of June 30, 2026. On that date, Cibox held a total of 839,564,501 shares. The total gross number of voting rights was 874,762,395.
After deducting shares without voting rights, the net total of voting rights is 867,520,193. This information is provided in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
