CIBOX's 2025 Annual Results: Challenges and Growth
CIBOX has announced a significant increase in its 2025 revenue, reaching €14.7 million, a 50% rise compared to 2024. This result is primarily due to accelerated sales in the second half of the year, notably thanks to the production of 24,000 bicycles. However, the company posted a negative EBITDA of €2.9 million, impacted by costs related to the development of its Revin plant.
In the first quarter of 2026, CIBOX continued its momentum, with revenue up 110%. Bicycle production, reaching 12,500 units, was in line with annual targets. The outlook for the second quarter of 2026 remains optimistic due to a strong order book.
From a financial perspective, CIBOX has strengthened its equity to €7.1 million and implemented various financing solutions to support its growth. Challenges remain, particularly regarding short-term profitability, due to ongoing industrial investments.
