Cicor Expands into US Market with Strategic Acquisition

Cicor Technologies Ltd has announced the acquisition of two production sites from Valtronic, marking its strategic entry into the US market. This transaction, concluded on October 27, 2025, is poised to enhance Cicor's capacity in medical technology and expand its production ability in Morocco. The deal includes facilities in Cleveland, USA, and Berrechid, Morocco, specialized in medical technology manufacturing.

With over 40 years of expertise, Valtronic's sites bring 220 employees to Cicor and promise additional revenue of at least CHF 20 million. Importantly, the US location offers a cost-efficient entry into local production, accommodating orders beyond CHF 40 million.

This acquisition follows Cicor's purchase of Éolane Morocco, doubling its Moroccan capacity to meet rising demand in industrial tech. The transition, expected within weeks, will integrate resources, streamline processes, and reinforce Cicor’s foothold as a leader in electronic solutions.
