Circus SE Expands into U.S. with K-Robotics Acquisition
Circus SE, a global leader in AI-robotics, has completed its acquisition of Kitchen Robotics (K-Robotics), an innovative U.S.-Israelian firm. This strategic move accelerates Circus' entry into the U.S. market, advancing it from 2027 to the latter half of 2026. Originally aimed at obtaining over 30 international patents, the deal now encompasses complete ownership of K-Robotics, excluding liabilities and workforce transitions. Founded in 2019, K-Robotics excels in autonomous sustainment. Its AI control algorithms and sensor systems align with U.S. regulations, enabling immediate deployment for military and commercial use.
The all-cash transaction, valued in the low six figures, replaces a prior IP-only agreement. Circus strengthens its proprietary portfolio, securing technological and commercial opportunities. CEO Nikolas Bullwinkel emphasizes the strategic advantage gained, enabling Circus to meet growing demands in autonomous robotics across North America.
