Circus SE Introduces ADR Program to Facilitate U.S. Market Access

Munich, January 8, 2026 – Circus SE, an AI robotics company, has established a Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program in the United States. This strategic move allows U.S. investors to buy and trade Circus shares directly, enhancing local settlement and brokerage capabilities. Despite this development, Circus remains primarily listed on Germany's XETRA.

Nikolas Bullwinkel, CEO of Circus, highlighted the initiative's role in broadening the company's international investor base without compromising its cost-effective capital structure. The ADRs, issued by The Bank of New York Mellon, equate one ADR to one Circus share and will trade under the symbol CCUSY on the U.S. over-the-counter market, transacted in U.S. dollars.
