Circus SE Transitions to Commercial Phase with 2024 Annual Report
Munich, June 30, 2025 – Circus SE unveiled its 2024 Annual Report, signifying the close of its R&D phase. The company, listed on XETRA as CA1, shared insights into a pivotal year marked by the industrialization of its CA-1 robot. Circus SE is set to initiate commercial deployments in the current fiscal year.
The 2024 milestones included industrializing the AI-powered CA-1 system and collaborating with Celestica for scalable production. This partnership will support manufacturing of up to 6,000 units annually. Deliveries are planned to start in fall 2025. Additionally, Circus introduced the CA-M, an autonomous provisioning system for defense, gaining U.S. government accreditation in June 2025.
No revenue was generated in 2024 due to the focus on R&D. However, initial revenues are projected for 2025, with anticipated deliveries of CA-1 units and software revenue streams by Q4. The defense division may also contribute to earlier-than-planned revenues.
