Bilan Semestriel de CIS avec Portzamparc
Au 30 juin 2026, Catering International & Services (CIS) a présenté le bilan semestriel de son contrat de liquidité avec Portzamparc, filiale du groupe BNP Paribas. Le compte de liquidité contenait 31 441 actions et un solde en espèces de 347 451 euros. Durant ce premier semestre, 15 405 actions ont été achetées pour un montant de 220 586 euros, réparties sur 495 transactions. En parallèle, 17 456 actions ont été vendues pour un total de 263 428 euros à travers 467 transactions.
En comparaison, le bilan annuel au 31 décembre 2025, alors géré par Gilbert Dupont, montrait 33 492 actions et un solde de 304 609 euros. À la mise en place du contrat avec Portzamparc en mars 2026, 35 299 actions et 280 464 euros étaient disponibles.
