CIS Sees Strong H1 2026 Financial Performance
CIS has announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, showing significant growth and improved profitability. Revenue increased by 16.4% to €275.2 million, with a stronger performance in regions like Africa and Eurasia. However, the Americas faced challenges, particularly in Brazil, due to market dynamics.
The company’s EBITDA rose 23.4% to €23.7 million, marking a margin of 8.6% of revenue. Net income saw a striking 59.2% increase, reaching €7.8 million, with net profit attributable to shareholders up by 60.1% to €6.5 million.
As of June 30, 2026, CIS reported enhanced financial stability, with shareholders’ equity at €77.4 million and a significant improvement in net cash, excluding IFRS 16, at €46.2 million.
Looking forward, CIS maintains a positive outlook for the full year, backed by improved management processes and strategic expansions.
