Claranova is considering transferring its listing to Euronext Growth Paris
Claranova has announced its plan to transfer its listing from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris. This decision will be submitted to shareholders at their general meeting on December 10, 2025. The choice is driven by a desire to reduce costs and regulatory obligations, thereby refocusing resources on the strategic plan for growth and profitability.
This transfer would allow Claranova to better position itself in a market where it would find comparable valuations, while preserving its stock market presence. Furthermore, this transition should offer the company greater flexibility to reduce its debt and simplify its operations.
The transfer procedure involves delisting the shares from Euronext Paris and listing them on Euronext Growth, subject to shareholder and Euronext approval. The costs of the transaction are expected to be covered by the resulting savings.
