Clé de Peau Beauté Expands UNICEF Partnership to Reach Millions More Girls

Clé de Peau Beauté has renewed its global partnership with UNICEF, committing to empower an additional 7.3 million girls over the next three years. This extension is part of a pledge totaling US$17.4 million since 2019, making it the largest private sector contribution to UNICEF's Global Gender Equality Program.

With this renewal, the focus will broaden from STEM to STEAM, integrating arts into education programs to boost creativity alongside technical skills. This holistic approach is already evident in Indonesia, where project-based learning initiatives encourage innovative solutions to enhance climate resilience.

The need for such initiatives is crucial, as 122 million girls remain out of school globally, and only a small percentage are represented in STEM fields. This partnership seeks to remove educational barriers and empower girls with essential skills for their futures.
