Co-opting of New Directors at Eagle Football Group

The Eagle Football Group Board of Directors has officially appointed three new directors following the recent resignations of five members. Ms. Bethel Gotllieb and Ms. Camille Lagache have left their positions, effective December 2025 and January 2026 respectively, followed by Mr. Jamie Dinan, Mr. John Textor, and Mr. Mark Affolter.

To fill these vacancies, Mr. Stephen Welch, with expertise in international finance, Ms. Victoria Wescott, a former lawyer, and Mr. Gilbert Saada, with prior board experience, have been co-opted. These appointments will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting on January 28, 2026. The Board, now composed of eight members, will restructure its committees shortly. The Company thus ensures its competence to carry out its missions effectively.
