Cogelec Announces Share and Voting Rights Details
Cogelec, a French company headquartered in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, disclosed figures concerning its share capital and voting rights as of June 30, 2025. This is in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
The total number of shares stands at 8,898,048, matching the total amount of shares comprising the share capital. Shares with double voting rights total 5,348,368, resulting in 14,246,416 theoretical voting rights.
