COGELEC: Half-year review of the liquidity contract
COGELEC, the company based in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, has published the half-year report on its liquidity contract with TP ICAP (Europe) for the year 2025. As of December 31, the liquidity account held 9,677 shares and €360,752.45 in cash. Compared to the report as of June 30, 2025, the number of shares remained constant, while the cash balance decreased slightly, from €361,377.47.
In the second half of 2025, only eight transactions were carried out, for a total volume of 8 shares bought and sold for €207. When the new contract was established in March 2019, the initial account contained 29,819 shares and €57,231. TP ICAP, regulated by the ACPR and the AMF, manages this mechanism ensuring the liquidity of COGELEC shares.
