Cognizant Technology Solutions (Nasdaq: CTSH) has been selected by SITA, an air transport technology specialist, to spearhead an AI-driven global finance transformation through SITA's SKY program. The initiative aims to establish a modern cloud platform to optimize finance, procurement, and supply chain operations, enhancing business value across SITA’s presence in over 200 countries.

Utilizing AI and consolidated data systems, Cognizant seeks to shift finance roles towards strategic and growth-centered functions. The collaboration involves creating a cloud-based ERP and management platform to foster integration across planning, performance, and procurement processes. By doing so, SITA is expected to enhance planning capabilities, resource alignment, and opportunity identification.

The transformation relies on Cognizant's expertise from over 800 cloud ERP projects, employing custom AI agents to improve efficiency in finance-related activities. This partnership supports SITA’s goal of building an agile finance structure incorporating Oracle Fusion Cloud.
