CoinShares Appoints Additional Custodian for Digital Securities
CoinShares Digital Securities Limited has appointed Zodia Custody (Europe) S.A. as an additional custodian. The arrangement is outlined in a Cryptocurrency Custody Agreement dated March 24, 2026, involving CoinShares, Zodia Luxembourg, and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation. Zodia Luxembourg, a company based in Luxembourg, is a registered crypto-asset service provider under EU regulation MiCAR and will now support CoinShares' digital security programme.
The Security Deed has been amended, allowing CoinShares to manage digital currency transfers between digital wallets. This update is part of the firm's ongoing efforts to enhance its digital asset offerings within its Exchange Traded Products Programme.
