Commerzbank AGM Set for 20 May 2026
Commerzbank AG has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) date, scheduled for 20 May 2026 in Wiesbaden. Shareholders will gather at the RheinMain CongressCenter to discuss key financial strategies, including a proposed dividend of €1.10 per share and potential authorisation for further share buybacks. This follows previous buybacks totalling approximately €1.5 billion, enhancing returns to shareholders for 2025 to around €2.7 billion.
The event, commencing at 10.00 a.m., will feature live broadcasts of key addresses by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Jens Weidmann, and CEO Bettina Orlopp. Shareholders registered by 13 May 2026 and holding shares by the record date of 28 April 2026 can exercise their voting rights.
