Approval of all items on the agenda of the Assemblies of the Wild Wood Company
On April 22, 2026, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings. Shareholders approved all items on the agenda, including the payment of a gross dividend of €8.60 per share. The net dividend of €6.02, after withholding tax, will be distributed from May 6, 2026, with Euroclear Belgium as paying agent.
The Ordinary General Meeting approved the dividend for the 2025 financial year, while the Extraordinary General Meeting renewed the authorization for the Board of Directors to repurchase its own shares.
