Michelin poursuit son programme de rachat d'actions
Le 6 août 2026, la Compagnie Générale des Etablissements Michelin a procédé à des transactions significatives dans le cadre de son programme de rachat d'actions. Au total, 195 137 actions ont été rachetées, avec un prix moyen pondéré de 33,538 euros par action. Ces opérations ont été effectuées hors contrat de liquidité, sur le marché gré à gré.
Les transactions ont été réalisées par l'intermédiaire de trois prestataires de services d'investissement : Natixis, BNP Paribas et Société Générale. Chaque transaction avait pour objectif l'annulation des actions rachetées.
Michelin utilise le code ISIN FR001400AJ45 pour ces actions ordinaires, et toutes les opérations ont été référencées sous le même numéro de transaction, 5309224.
