Constellation Cold Logistics Expands into German Market

Constellation Cold Logistics is set to make a significant entrance into the German market through the acquisition of Spedition Wohlert and Wohlert Kühl Logistik. This strategic move marks an essential step in Constellation's broader European growth plan.

The acquisition adds 40,000 pallet positions of temperature-controlled storage and 150 vehicles to Constellation's existing operations. Spedition Wohlert, founded in 1950, has grown into a full-service provider for the food industry, emphasizing temperature-controlled solutions.
