Conversion of The Platform Group AG to KGaA Finalized
The Platform Group AG has successfully transitioned into a Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien (KGaA), effective December 15, 2025, following registration with the Düsseldorf Commercial Register. This change was overwhelmingly supported by a 99% vote at the Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2025.
Shareholders of the former AG now hold the same stake in the newly formed The Platform Group SE & Co. KGaA. The restructuring aims to enhance strategic orientation and operational flexibility internationally. Despite the change in legal structure, the company's economic identity remains intact.
Coinciding with this transition, existing bearer shares have been converted to registered shares to improve shareholder engagement. These shares will trade under new identification numbers, WKN A40ZW8 and ISIN DE000A40ZW88, starting January 2026. Shareholders are not required to take any action.
