Convocation to the Combined General Meeting of the INDUSTRIAL AND FINANCIAL COMPANY - CIFE

La Compagnie Industrielle et Financière d'Entreprises - CIFE invites its shareholders to a Combined General Meeting which will be held on June 25, 2024 in Paris. This meeting will address ordinary points such as the approval of the accounts for the 2023 financial year and the consolidated accounts, with an announced net profit of 3.728 million euros. The main extraordinary point concerns a change in the company name to Groupe ETPO SA.

Also on the agenda, executive remuneration and the ratification of mandates of several directors. The event will also discuss the appointment of RSM Paris as an Independent Third Party Organization to certify sustainability information. In addition, a resolution will propose a reduction of the share capital by cancellation of own shares.
