Copper Road Resources Updates on Ben Nevis Project and Financing

Copper Road Resources Inc. has announced a corporate update on its recent activities, including developments concerning the Ben Nevis Project. The company has entered into four option agreements to acquire a 100% interest in 174 mining cell claims and 13 patented mining claims in northeastern Ontario. Initial payments for this acquisition include $37,500 and 2,250,000 common shares, with additional cash and share payments scheduled over the next three decades.

To fund exploration, Copper Road completed a financing round, issuing over 24 million units for gross proceeds of approximately $1,084,900. Any potential discrepancies in previously announced figures have been addressed. Additionally, the grant of stock options to consultants has seen a revision to 2,000,000 options.
