Core Assets Unveils Gold Discoveries at Silver Lime Project in British Columbia

Core Assets Corp. announced significant gold mineralization findings at their Silver Lime Project, located in the Atlin Mining District of NW British Columbia. The project has shown promising gold assay results across multiple targets, highlighted by the Pete's and Amp as well as Jackie and Falcon targets. These discoveries add substantial value to the already recognized high-grade skarn and carbonate replacement zones within the Silver Lime area.

Gold mineralization at Silver Lime is hosted in calcite veins and associated with steeply dipping fault splays, with significant gold grades observed at depths starting from as shallow as 7 meters. Drill results include hits such as 1.26g/t Au over 2m and 3.46g/t Au over 1.64m at the Pete's and Amp targets. The Jackie and Falcon targets demonstrated impressive results, including a section with 5.42g/t Au over 2m within an 8m section of 0.69g/t Au. These findings illustrate the potential for both massive sulphide and late-stage gold mineralization within the region.

Surface sampling has further extended the mineralization footprint, with similar gold and silver grades discovered 7.7 kilometers northwest from the primary targets, enlarging the project’s potential exploration domain. Core Assets' President & CEO, Nick Rodway, expressed excitement over the discovery of gold-rich zones and emphasized the project's scope for a district-scale mineralization spectrum. Plans for a fully funded 2024 exploration program are underway, looking to expand on these promising initial findings.
