Core Critical Metals Corp. Announces LIFE Offering and Private Placement
Core Critical Metals Corp., a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, has announced a non-brokered private placement raising up to $1.5 million by issuing 3,000,000 units at $0.50 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, allowing holders to purchase an additional share at $0.75 within 24 months.
Concurrently, the company plans a private placement of units, also priced at $0.50 each, with proceeds aimed at $1.5 million. Both placements support corporate and exploratory activities. While the LIFE Offering units can be resold without restrictions, securities under the Concurrent Private Placement face a four-month hold period.
Completion awaits regulatory approvals, and finder’s fees may apply. U.S. securities registration is absent, restricting sales within the U.S. Detailed offering documents are available on the company's SEDAR profile.
