Corestate Capital Holding S.A. Signs Lock-up Agreement with Noteholders
Corestate Capital Holding S.A. has announced the execution of a lock-up agreement with a significant group of noteholders. This agreement pertains to two notes with a total value exceeding EUR 100 million. Both notes, which carry an 8% interest rate, were originally set to mature on 31 December 2026. The new agreement extends their maturity to 31 December 2028. Along with this extension, there are plans to raise the interest rates to 12% starting in 2027, and further to 15% from 2028.
The changes to the notes' terms aim to secure their repayment and require the approval of upcoming noteholder meetings. The meetings have not yet been scheduled. This strategic move reflects Corestate's efforts to manage its financial obligations effectively.
