HyProMag USA Plans Expansion with New Concept Study

CoTec Holdings Corp. acknowledges HyProMag USA's recent initiative to expand operations into Nevada and South Carolina. This comes through a Concept Study collaboration with Intelligent Lifecycle Solutions. Conducted by PegasusTSI Inc. and BBA USA Inc., the study aims to outline design and capital needs for additional Hydrogen Processing of Magnet Scrap (HPMS) capacity and four new magnet production lines. These expansions will support the phased build-out of the initial Texas Hub, optimizing the hub-and-spoke configuration.

According to CoTec CEO Julian Treger, the expansion could potentially triple the company's value, supported by the recent rise in rare earth prices and backing from the U.S. Government for domestic supply. The target for HyProMag USA’s commercial operations is the first half of 2027, with ongoing strategic partnership discussions to ensure timely financing and commissioning.
