The COURBET HERITAGE General Meeting has been postponed to October 22, 2026.
Ott Heritage Hospitality has announced the postponement of its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting. Originally scheduled for September 30, 2026, it will now be held on October 22, 2026. The meeting will take place at the law firm Lexelians in Paris.
This date change is intended to finalize the 2025 financial statements and the audit work. The company has published a notice of postponement in the Official Gazette. A new notice of meeting will be issued within the legally required timeframe.
Ott Heritage Hospitality also announced that it will publish its 2025 annual report as soon as it is ready. The company is listed on Euronext Access Paris under the symbol MLCOU.
